Provide the California High-Speed Rail Authority (Authority) all labor, equipment, supplies, permits, materials, and incidentals necessary to demolish and remove real property structures, abate hazardous materials to include, but not be limited to, friable and non-friable asbestos and lead paint, according to all environmental laws and regulations in the State of California, in the counties of Merced, Madera, Fresno, Tulare, Kern, and Kings.

The bidder shall submit with their bid the following licenses, certificates, and permits:

• Class A (General Engineering Contractor), or a copy of a combination of Class B (General Building Contractor) and C-21 (Building Moving and Wrecking) contractor license issued by the California Department of Consumer Affairs, Contractors State License Board (CSLB). All subcontractors that the bidder intends to utilize to perform work under the contract shall possess all applicable contractor licenses for the work they shall perform under the contract.  
• ASB certification or a C-22 (Asbestos Abatement) contractor license issued by CSLB. All subcontractors that the bidder intends to utilize to perform work under the contract shall possess all applicable contractor licenses for the work they shall perform under the contract.
• C-13 (Fencing Contractor) license, a C-57 (Well-Drilling Contractor) license, a C-12 (Earthwork and Paving Contractor) license, a C-61/D-63 (Construction Clean-Up Contractor) license, a C-61/D-49 (Tree Service Contractor) license issued by CSLB. All subcontractors that the bidder intends to utilize to perform work under the contract shall possess all applicable contractor licenses for the work they shall perform under the contract.

• Hazardous Substance Removal Certificate (HAZ) issued by CSLB and registration with the DIR DOSH.
• Qualified SWPPP Developer Certificate (QSD) for Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) and Qualified SWPPP Practitioner Certificate (QSP) issued by the California Stormwater Quality Association (CASQA).
• Lead Removal Certificate for supervisor and worker issued by the California Department of Public Health (CDPH).
• Hazardous Waste Transporter Registration issued by the Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC).
• Hazardous Materials Transportation License issued by the California Highway Patrol (CHP).
• Motor Carrier Permit issued from the California Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV).
• Proof of business registration with the California Secretary of State demonstrating that the bidder is active and in good standing at the time of submission and that the bidder has a minimum of three (3) years of experience providing services as a demolition contractor in the state of California.
