PROJECT DETAILS:

1. The Contractors shall pay the general prevailing rate per diem wages as determined by the Director of the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) of the State of California for the locality where the work is to be performed and must furnish certified payroll records directly to the Labor Commissioner. 2. This project is subject to the City's Community Workforce Agreement (CWA) or Project Labor Agreement (PLA) or agree to execute and be bound through the Letter of Assent. 3. Construction Standard Drawings includes City of Palm Springs Standard Drawing, State of California Department of Transportation, Desert Water Agency Standard Drawings and Palm Springs Public Library Renovation Standards. 4. All questions are to be submitted in writing on the QA tab of City of Palm Springs PlanetBids portal at https://vendors.planetbids.com/portal/47688/bo/bo-search or to Icon West with Teresa Mayo's email, at tess@icon-west.com, no later than May 28, 2025 @ 12:00 P.M. (Add.#1) 5. Normal Working Hours Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Saturday, Sunday & City's holidays are excluded. 6. Substitution for a Specified Item shall be submitted Twenty (20) Days after the Contract award.

We require all Sub-Contractors to furnish 100% Performance & Payment Bonds from a U.S. Treasury-listed surety A-6 or better. Premium Cost shall be included in the proposal. By submitting a Bid, Bidders warrants & agrees that they will execute Icon-West’s Sub-Contract without alteration. Further by submitting a Bid to Icon-West, the Bidders agrees to hold their Bid Proposal for a period of 120 days.
