PROJECT DETAILS:
The project consists of, but not limited to, the construction of a 9,823 Square Foot (SF) integrated Behavioral Health Center. The new one story facility will house behavioral health services and include support spaces such as offices, consultation rooms, restrooms and a waiting area. Site improvements will consist of a lot line merger, identification of existing utilities, new utility connections, off-street parking, monument signage, sidewalks, landscaping and exterior site lighting.

*All subcontractors must have a active DIR # in order to submit a bid on this project.
*Highest Prevailing wage per DIR Locally.
