Description:   The Work of these Contracts consist of the following: 1). SAFETY AND SECURITY UPGRADES, INCLUDING PERIMETER FENCING AND GATE MODERNIZATION, AS NECESSARY; 2). REPLACEMENT OF DOORS THAT ARE NOT FUNCTIONING AND/OR NOT ACCESSIBLE; 3). NEW VIDEO INTERCOM DOORBELL SYSTEM AT MAIN ENTRY DOOR, SYNCHRONIZING WITH ACCESS CONTROL SYSTEM; 4). NEW ELECTRONIC LOCKS ON ALL EXTERIOR DOORS; 5). ACCESSIBILITY CAMPUS WIDE IMPROVEMENTS; 6). ACCESSIBLE PATH OF TRAVEL IMPROVEMENT UPGRADES, INCLUDING THOSE TO SIDEWALKS AND OTHER PAVEMENT LOCATIONS; 7). RESTROOM RENOVATIONS AND ACCESSIBILITY UPGRADES, INCLUDING FIXTURES, FLOORS, WALLS, PARTITIONS; 8). REPLACE DRINKING FOUNTAINS AS REQUIRED FOR ADA COMPLIANCE AND ADD BOTTLE FILLING STATIONS; 9). ACCESSIBILITY SIGNS AND ENTRY DOOR SIGN REPLACEMENT FOR THE ENTIRE CAMPUS and 10). ACCESSIBLE PARKING AND DROP-OFF UPDATE AT VISITOR LOT AND EAST STAFF PARKING LOT. The Work consists of the following, and not necessarily limited to: Abatement, Building Demo, Site Demo, Erosion & Sedimentation Control, Earthwork, AC Paving, Aggregate Base Course, Site Concrete, Striping, Chain Link Fencing & Gates, Building Concrete,  Rebars, Self-Leveling Underlayment, Remedial Concrete Work, Metal Railings, Rough Carpentry, Finish Carpentry, Under-Slab Vapor Barrier, Water Vapor Emission Control, Roof Repair, Sheet Metal Flashing, Self-Adhered Flashing Membrane, Sealants and Caulking, Hollow Metal Doors and Frames, Flush Wood Doors, Door Hardware, Access Doors and Panels, Fire Rated Frames and Glazing, Glazing, Cleaning Existing Surfaces, Lath & Plastering, Patching Plaster, Drywall, Resilient Wall Base, Epoxy Flooring, FRP Wall Panels, Acoustic Insulation & Sealants, Painting, Signs, Toilet Partitions and Accessories, Plumbing, HVAC, Test & Balance, Electrical, Electronic Access Control, Fire Alarm System, etc.
