SCOPE: The Work generally consists of: Minor site improvements to upgrade one accessible parking space to current code requirements, interior demolition, and tenant improvements to the Azalea Building at the Gloria E. McClellan Senior Center to reconfigure existing construction to construct a Fitness Area, a large Game Room, and a Break Room. The scope includes concrete slab cut and fill for plumbing trench, wood & plastic, thermal and moisture protection, doors and windows, finishes, fire sprinkler system repair, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work required according to renovation plans.

Subcontractors will be required to enter into our standard contract. No modifications to the contract are permitted. All
subcontractors/vendors awarded work on this project must be prepared to furnish subcontract performance and payment bonds, for
the amount of the subcontract bid, issued by an admitted corporate surety acceptable to our company.
