Description: The Work of this Project consists of: Tenant Improvement Remodel including demolition, new partitions, doors, glazing, millwork, ceiling electrical, lighting and controls, mechanical, plumbing and finishes. The Construction Trades involved the following, and not necessarily limited to: Building Demolition, AC Paving, Striping, Building Concrete, Rebar, Structural Steel, Metal Fabrications, Rough & Finish Carpentry, Laminate-Clad Wood Casework, Countertops, Building Insulation, Roof Patching, Flashing and Sheet Metal, Joint Sealants, Wood Doors, Barn Doors, Hollow Metal Door, Door Hardware, Aluminum Windows/ Storefronts, Pass-In Windows, Glazing, Drywall, Ceramic Tile, Acoustical Ceilings, Resilient Flooring & Accessories, Carpet Tile, Polished Concrete Flooring, Paint, Visual Display Surface, Toilet Partitions and Accessories, Signage, Fire Sprinkler Systems, Plumbing, HVAC, Testing Adjusting and Balancing, HVAC Control Systems, Electrical, Low Voltage, Fire Alarm System etc. Prequalification by the school district is required for first tier MEP and fire sprinkler Subcontractors.
