PROJECT DETAILS:

This is a multi-phased project including removal of existing portable classrooms, construction of new type 2, 42,019 SF fully sprinklered two story classroom building over partially subterranean parking. Including temporary shoring and concrete retaining walls, steel structure, metal deck, metal stud framing, exterior stucco, fiber cement rain screen siding, storefront, skylights & PVC roof.

A new single story 2,560 SF food service building with exterior stucco and PVC roof. Site amenities include new retaining walls with shoring, new (DWP) electrical infrastructure, playground equipment & structures, shade structures, solar reflective paving coatings, trash enclosure, landscape & irrigation, site fencing and gates.

  4. All subcontractors may be required to bond over $150,000 (submit bond rate with bid)
