PROJECT DETAILS:

The project involves the modernization of an existing 8,749 SF multi-purpose building, which includes the construction of a new 1,830 SF kitchen addition. During the construction of the new kitchen, a temporary kitchen and the necessary infrastructure and site configuration will be set up. To enhance the structural integrity, pressure grouting will be completed throughout the existing slab on grade, and stage replacement with concrete piles will be implemented.

The scope of work encompasses several key areas:

  • Site Accessibility Updates: Ensuring the site meets the required accessibility standards.
  • Full Rehabilitation and Seismic Retrofit: New structural upgrades to existing building, modernization of the existing multi-purpose room and food services' servery, including upgrades to plumbing, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, and fire sprinklers.
  • Interior Finishes Update: Upgrading interior finishes, such as flooring, ceilings, and painting.
  • Misc. Site Work Upgrades: New concrete, curbs, landscaping and utility infrastructure upgrades.
  • Roof Replacement: Demolition of existing roof down to plywood structure for installation of new PVC roofing system.

  4. All subcontractors may be required to bond over $150,000 (submit bond rate with bid)
