PROJECT DETAILS:
Edwards Construction Group is currently pursuing the Agriculture Department Upgrades project for the Fallbrook Union High School District.
THE SCOPE OF THIS PROJECT INCLUDES THE CONSTRUCTION OF (1) NEW 30' X 80' CLASSROOM BUILDING, A NEW ACCESSIBLE 12' X 40' RELOCATABLE RESTROOM BUILDING (PC#02-120083), THE CONSTRUCTION OF (1) NEW 30' X 36' GREENHOUSE BUILDING, AND VARIOUS SITE UPGRADES.
This is a PREVAILING WAGE project.
There is a DISABLED VETERAN BUSINESS ENTERPRISE (DVBE) participation goal of 3%.
Subcontractors holding C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43 or C-46 licenses MUST me prequalified with the district. (https://www.fuhsd.net/district/public-bids)
Plans & Specs are available electronically from EstimatingSD@edwardscongroup.com. All bids and material quotes must be per plans and specifications. All bids are required to be received in our office through our e-mail at least 1-2 business days before Bid Due Date so that we have ample time to fill out the required bid forms for the owner.
