Project consists of a new Career Technical Education building at Vista Del Lago High School for Moreno Valley Unified School District. Project is a ground up, two story, structural steel and wood framed building. The project is supposed to be for 14 months timeline with an approximate cost of over $15 Million.

This is a prevailing wage project, skilled and trained workforce compliance is required.

We are seeking trade contractors including but not limited to site demo, surveying, concrete, structural steel, casework, rough carpentry, roofing, doors and hardware, glazing, drywall, flooring, ceilings, plaster, elevator, fire sprinkler, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, fire alarm, earthwork, paving, landscaping and irrigation, site utility.

We are seeking qualified DVBE, SBE, MBE, etc. to participate.
