Harris & Associates is requesting qualifications from qualified and certified DBE firms interested in providing services related to the City of Concord’s Willow Pass Road Bike Lane Connection Project (Federal Project Number: STPL-5135(067); City Project Number: 2572).

Scope of service items include, but are not limited to: Surveying; Traffic Engineering; Environmental Services; Public Relations/Outreach; and Utility Locating/Potholing. 

Interested firms should respond by October 22, 2024, to allow time for evaluation. RFP deadline is October 31, 2024.

Interested firms may respond by submitting your statement of qualifications (include firm profile, relevant local experience, and resumes) proof of DBE certification, and completed Inspector General, California Department of Transportation Form, Caltrans Sample Cost Proposal 1 and California Safe Harbor Cost Rate Program From (if needed) via email to Elizabeth.McKegney@weareharris.com.

Upon request, Harris & Associates will assist in providing information regarding the consultant’s procurement of bonds, lines of credit, insurance, necessary equipment, supplies, materials, or related assistance or services. This RFQ shall not obligate Harris & Associates to either contract with, or reimburse costs to, responses hereto.
