Scope- The project consists of a complete renovation of the interior of the existing 10,288 sqft. Corning Veteran’s Hall. Improvements will include new mechanical systems, plumbing systems, electrical systems, roofing, insulation, finishes, and kitchen equipment. Exterior improvements will include new covered entries, paving, site utilities, landscaping and a photo voltaic array.

Wage Rates-  Bids shall incorporate the prevailing hourly rate of per diem wages for this locality and project as determined by the Director of Industrial Relations pursuant to Labor Code Section(s) 1771, 1775, 1776, 1777.5, 1813, and 1813 a copy of which may be accessed on the Internet at http://www.dir.ca.gov/OPRL/PWD/ and is hereby made a part of this notice by reference as though fully set forth herein.
