SCOPE OF WORK: Removal and relocation of all items shown on the drawings to be removed or relocated. All work associated with the removal of all items needed to install new installations as shown on the contract documents. Installation of all new walls as shown on the contract documents including but not limited to Steel stud framing, drywall, insulation, taping , finishes, and painting required for a operable, complete installation. All new walls to be built with minimum 20 gauge 3-5/8” – 4” steel studs. All new walls to be painted drywall. Drywall to go from floor to underside of structure both sides of all new walls. Paint to be Dunn Edwards or Sherman Williams with color TBD by district. See specs for painting. Flooring to be Tarkett Powerbond rolled goods only. See flooring specs. All new walls and areas receiving new flooring to receive 4” black cove base with toe. Installation of all windows and doors as shown on the plans. Doors to be 3’ x 7’ hollow metal prepped for cylindrical locks. District to provide locks for contractor installation. Windows to be 3’ x 4’ , non-operable with tempered glass. Installation of power outlets in new walls as shown on drawings. All new walls to have one data outlet with 1” conduit to accessible ceiling space. Conduit to have pull string for future installation by district. Existing lighting to be relocated to work with new office wall layout and switched separately for each of the offices and general area. Existing HVAC system to be relocated and ducted to allow for air supply in each area separately. Installation of new data drops fed from the existing MDF to each of the new areas. Cables to be terminated at locations in each area and in patch panel at MDF. District staff to finalize connections from patch panel to switch. CAT 6 cable to be UTP Indoor/Outdoor: Commscope 874019204/10CS44P-10 Blue, (2) CAT 6 cables to each office, (2) CAT 6 cables to the general lobby area in front of new offices, (2) CAT 6 cables to the new Conference Room.

Subcontractors will be required to enter into our standard contract. No modifications to the contract are permitted. All subcontractors/vendors awarded work on this project must be prepared to furnish subcontract performance and payment bonds, for the amount of the subcontract bid, issued by an admitted corporate surety acceptable to our company.
